1. The service

PYQ Marg ("the service") is a free platform for practising previous-year questions of Indian competitive examinations, including UPSC CSE, UPPCS, RPSC, CDS and CAPF. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate details when signing up, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts or selling access is not allowed.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy the question bank;
  • attempt to disrupt the service, probe other users' accounts, or bypass access controls;
  • submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content through feedback, suggestions or reports;
  • use the service for any commercial purpose (coaching centres included) without written permission.

4. Content and intellectual property

Examination questions shown on PYQ Marg are drawn from official question papers, which are public documents of the respective examination bodies. Our explanations, topic classifications, trend analyses and interface are original work and belong to PYQ Marg. You may use the service freely for your personal preparation, but you may not republish, resell or redistribute substantial parts of the question bank or our original content.

5. Accuracy

We verify answers against official keys wherever published and mark provisional or disputed answers honestly — but official answer keys remain the final authority. See our Disclaimer for details.

6. No guarantee of results

PYQ Marg is a practice tool. We make no promise, express or implied, that using the service will lead to success in any examination.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is". We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PYQ Marg is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including reliance on answer keys or notifications — always verify critical information against official sources.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
